BABY NURSES

Clinical-Level Newborn Care in the Comfort of Your Home

Baby Nurses are Registered Pediatric or NICU Nurses who specialize in providing advanced newborn care within private residences. Their expertise extends far beyond traditional newborn support—they bring medical-level training, clinical precision, and deep experience caring for preemies, multiples, and babies with special needs.

These nurses are proficient with a wide range of medical monitors, specialized equipment, and individualized newborn care plans. Their approach blends compassionate caregiving with the reassurance of a highly trained medical professional.

What Baby Nurses Provide:

• Clinical newborn assessments and monitoring

• Support for preemies and medically complex infants

• Feeding schedules, tracking, and optimization

• Establishing healthy sleep routines

• Education and hands-on guidance for parents

• Medication administration (as applicable)

• Care for twins, triplets, and multiples

• Coordination with pediatricians and medical providers

Scheduling & Duration

Baby Nurses typically work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing full-time support during your baby’s most delicate months.

Assignments begin at a minimum of 3 weeks and may extend up to 2 years, depending on the family’s needs and the nurse’s availability.

Extensions are often possible, though subject to each Baby Nurse’s schedule.

Booking Recommendation

Because Baby Nurses are in high demand and book out months in advance, we strongly recommend securing your placement as early as possible, especially for expected preemies or multiple births.
